John T. Kovach focuses his practice on criminal defense and personal injury. Mr. Kovach has won jury trials across the State of Texas, including Fort Bend County, Harris County, Dallas County, Hidalgo County, and El Paso County. Mr. Kovach is passionate in advocating for his clients and tenacious in the courtroom. His work primarily focuses in Fort Bend County, Wharton County, and Harris County, but Mr. Kovach handles cases across Texas. Mr. Kovach is also licensed in Federal Court (the Southern District of Texas and the Western District of Texas). Mr. Kovach has the passion, intelligence, training, skill, and devotion to provide the best legal services for his clients. John's colleagues and clients call him "Quick Justice" for a reason.

Mr. Kovach utilizes his determination and investigative-nature to zealously advocate for his clients in the courtroom. He has obtained dismissals for his clients for various charges including—but not limited to—burglary, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, sexual assault, possession of controlled substances, driving while intoxicated, simple assault, domestic violence, violation of protective order, and vehicular crimes, including evading arrest and racing. John's competitive nature motivates him to find a way to win.

Regarding his personal injury clients, Mr. Kovach has settled multiple $1,000,000.00+ claims on behalf of his injured clients (multiple claims over one million dollars). John now uses the knowledge and experience he gained in Downtown Houston representing insurance, oil and gas, and 18-wheeler companies to hold those who injure his clients accountable. It is Mr. Kovach's pet peeve when those who are at fault will not accept responsibility for their actions or omissions. Mr. Kovach is determined to fight for (and earn) every nickel and dime his injured clients are entitled to.
